Principal’s Instructional Leadership is an important factor for a school's academic success. In fact, principals spend more time doing routine management and administrative tasks, rather than teaching leadership. The purpose of this study to examine the culture leadership practiced by as well identify relationship contribution instructional commitment school organizations. independent variable while organization study-dependent variable. This were carried out using questionnaire techniques. also used quantitative approach with measure principal communication style that CSM “Communication Style Measure” questions. Principal Management Rating Scales (PIMRS) developed Hallinger & Murphy (1985) are related organizational Three-Component Model Employee Commitment Survey (TCM-ECS) revised version Meyer Allen (2004). researcher have randomly select samples from Kedah’s secondary teachers in order commitment. total, research managed collect total 370 overall. studies Descriptive statistics, T-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis Hierarchical analyse overall data. Quantitative data analysed SPSS 18 AMOS software.
